3. What is the worst cover song of all time?
Wow, that is a good question. But there are so many. I guess the worst are serious and unimaginative covers of songs that were already bad to begin with, like when, I think it was Pearl Jam covered "Last Kiss." I guess really poorly done covers of good songs are annoying, too, but not so much.
I could tell you more about covers that I DO like....

4. What is your least favorite word and why?
I can't bear to say it! Actually I can't bear to even think of it. I can't even bear to ponder the question enough to come up with a least-favorite word.

5. Ever been skinny dipping?
Not since I was a small child.

6. Why is this survey missing questions?
Actually it's not, because somebody noticed and put their own questions in, and it wasn't actually Nathan this time.

7. Who have you talked to most today?
Jason, who was also the only person I talked to. No, not entirely true, I talked to MimMim on the phone, and I asked a library clerk to renew a book and said "thank you" to another. And I've talked to Baby, but he didn't answer.

8. Three frogs are sitting on a log. One goes home and hangs himself. What say you to this?
Frogs don't have necks.

9. Friend of the opposite sex that lives closest to you?
Jason probably doesn't count in this case, but I guess the answer is Marty, who lives just down the hill, although he is still more Jason's friend than mine.

10. Color of your shirt?
grayish blue

11. How many years have you taken a language?
3 1/2.

12. How old were you when you stopped asking for the kids menu and the crayons at restaurants?
I don't know, because with two younger siblings there was always a kids menu at the table even when I was, heck, even when I was in college. My brother probably only stopped getting offered a kids menu about two years ago when he developed facial hair and people suddenly realized he wasn't actually ten. As for crayons, I seem to recall having been to a restaurant in adulthood where I asked for crayons. Then there are the restaurants that have crayons on the table already-- that always rocks.

13. We place a living cat into a steel chamber, along with a device containing a vial of hydrocyanic acid. There is, in the chamber, a very small amount of a radioactive substance. If even a single atom of the substance decays during the test period, a relay mechanism will trip a hammer, which will, in turn, break the vial and kill the cat. No. I don't think uncertainty theory works quite that way, anyway.

No, but I wish on April 11th!

15. Good advice if you ever go camping?
Keep dry wood on stock. And if it gets wet, dumping oil over the whole pile and then lighting it isn't a good idea.

Probably not.

Blue

18. What currently makes you very very happy?
My supportive snuggy husband who is going to be a really great daddy! I TOLD you I was sappy today.

19. Would you do anything for someone?
This sentence takes on completely different meanings depending what word you stress. First time I read it I stressed "do," and I wondered if there are really people who are so self-centered that they'd never do anything for anybody. Second glance I stressed "anything," and that question made more sense, but the answer would probably be "no" because "anything" is very broad. Another reading could stress "someone," and makes the question more WHO?

20. Are your toes cold right now?
No. I've been pretty warm in general lately.

Blue

22. Do you use smiley faces on the computer?

23. You have 18 hours to assassinate any celebrity of your choice. Who do you kill, why, and how?
I refuse to assassinate anybody, thank you.

24. Are your grades good?
Back when I got them for classes, yes they were. When I got them for jobs I was not cut out to do, they sucked.

25. Do you ever think people hate you for filling these out?
If they do, they have serious issues, and have probably found other reasons for hating me a long time ago. Now, if they don't want to READ it, I'm sure they don't read it already.

26. Would you date anyone on your top friends?
No, particularly being that I'm married.

27. Does your best friend have a myspace?
Not my Jason. My best girlfriend DID but then quit when too many of her students found it.

28. George Bush: great president or GREATEST president?
Um, even my gung-ho Republican husband doesn't think Bush is a good president. He doesn't think he's as bad as people make him OUT to be, but great? No.

29. Where do you stand on frilly toothpicks?
I'm all for frilly toothpicks, bring 'em on!

30. You wake up one morning and —wouldn't you know it?— you've got two penises, in place of whatever used to be there. What is the first thing that you do?
Well, I'd be annoyed, because it would probably mean that not only is Baby coming out breech after being confirmed head down for weeks, it also means he has a twin brother in the same position, which you'd THINK somebody would have caught earlier.

31. Have you ever enjoyed listening to Jack Johnson?
Yes I have, and thanks to my sister, I even did when the only people who listened to him were cool college students who found obscure stuff.

32. Have you ever seen or enjoyed watching the O.C.?
Not seen any episodes, but I know it's starring that cute kid who used to play Laine's boyfriend on Gilmore Girls and ROCKED, but then he left to do that OTHER show, and that sucked of him because his character on GG was COOL, but then soon after that I stopped watching Gilmore Girls and haven't been able to catch up on it anyway.

33. Do you have one or more Britney Spears C.D.s?
No.

34. Who loves gold more?: Pirates, leprechuans, or Donald Trump?
Leprechauns-- I think they're the only ones who actually appreciate gold for what it is rather than what it represents. For that matter, does Donald Trump care for gold at all?

35. Speaking of leprechauns, is Dennis Kucinich secretly a leprechaun? (Admit it, he totally is.)
Tell me who he is, and I might be able to answer.

36. Still have pictures of your ex?
I do have a couple of the guy I dated before Jason. I even have at least one or two pictures of all the guys I have ever had major crushes on. One of them I have TONS of pictures of, but most of them were taken after I no longer had a crush on him.

37. Do you have a song by Ozzy Osbourne in your library?
Yeah, I've got "Crazy Train" and I've got three more from Sabbath. Actually all those songs came off of Jason's CDs, which is SORT of my music library too, he's got a couple Sabbath albums and possibly multiple of Ozzy solo, too.

38. Alanis Morsette?
Assuming that's if I have anything by Alanis MORISSETTE, yes, also, and those came out of Marty's collection when he was in Romania and had all this stuff here.

39. Do you watch Family Guy regularly?
No, but we've watched it a few times if we (read: Jason) happen to be flipping channels on a Sunday night or whenever.

40. Do you ever correct small grammatical errors on surveys?
Normally I just leave them stand and make fun of them.

41. Did you ever have imaginary friends?
Sort of. I mean I'd make up stories of me hanging out with my imaginary friends, but I never really acted them out, like. Billy 'Arrison is still my imaginary friend. Although technically, in a parallel universe, you all know he REALLY DOES EXIST.

42. What's your motto?
Never Have a Motto!

43. Have you ever gotten the urge to do something outrageously random and inappropriate in public? What/where was it?
No, but Angie does, so sometimes I'm, like, an innocent bystander.

44. Describe your last karaoke experience.
Last one must have been Jason's work Christmas party not this past year but the year before. This past year I felt too sick and tired. The year before though I sang one song and really impressed all Jason's coworkers, who wanted to know a) why I didn't sing MORE songs when I was one of like two people there who could actually sing; and b) what I was doing with a guy like Jason.

45. Have you ever watched a little kid's show?
THAT'S a dumb question. "ever" implies, well, EVER, and surely everybody watched little kids shows when they were little kids. But I've also watched them since. Even on my own just for fun, too.

The bear-- it has more maneuverability options.

Yeah. Loads. Not poems though. I suck at poems.

Not on purpose I'm sure.

Nah, but possibly I've liked people based on fictional things I made up about them BASED solely on their appearance.

I try to. I know I get even more than recommended of dairy, but that's about the only food group I have an appetite for this week.

Only the organization of media materials (ie books, CDs, movies, and the like).

No, actually.

Unicorns, but if they were a different kind of sandwiches than club, maybe roast beef or something, I'd switch.

You're probably safe with the former, but I prefer the latter, because it doesn't make me think of mice.

59. When you open your closet, what is the dominant color?
Blue. Although I HAVE tried to shake it up with my more recent wardrobe purchases ("recent" being "the past five years or so"), but those usually ended up purple or green.

I don't think I've ever even HEARD of Coldstone.

61. I'm still kind of tiffed about not knowing how to spell "mustache". Have people been mocking me this whole time?

I tend to not stand commercials in general. But other times I tend not to pay attention.

64. If you're life were one big episode of "Happy Days", who would be the Fonz and why?
Jason thinks he's the Fonz, but who does that make me?

65. Commitment or casual dating?
Commitment

66. Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, or Star Wars?
For what, is the question? I suppose the GREATEST of the three is Lord of the Rings, based on the depth and completeness of the universe and doesn't even sacrifice plot and character to serve that universe (although CONCISE WRITING is sacrificed, but whaddya want, Tolkien was a LINGUIST by profession, not a writer), and that goes for the movie version as well, which is the best movie adaption of a great book ever.
But I prefer Harry for a fun read to just pick up and go with. And Star Wars, well, I probably have most personal affection for Star Wars. That's why I so enthusiastically made a Yoda blanket last week.

67. Fly or road trip?
I'm not sure. Might depend on where you're going and who you're with. Also, if you can actually fly without a plane, that might be fun, too.

Beauty and the Beast, followed closely by Mary Poppins.

I believe so. Not recently though.

That's the beauty of WikiPedia! It can have an article about WHATEVER IT WANTS!
