That is all actually super interesting. I might have to take a look at that book.
As for the food stuff, I'm the only in this house that will put any kind of tomato sauce on my pasta, but they all eat way more pasta than I do. Henry and John will sometimes use some alfredo sauce, but most of the time for them, and all of the time for Nora, they just use butter. And then Henry will load it up with shredded parmesan and garlic salt. So you might not need to cut out the pasta. Just find a different topping.
