We've been watching the Clone Wars along with the regular episodes of Rebels (interesting level of connectedness between the two, by the way) and I am amazed at how very political the prequels as a whole are. I definitely didn't pick up on that when the movies first came out, and I was an adult (mostly) at that point. The kids tend to be a bit bored with those parts, but I am now pretty intrigued by it all and how frighteningly it parallels some of our current real world politics.
I'll have to find some time to read your story. I wonder at what stage of parenthood I get free time back...
