Oh yes, you're right, it must just be my soul appropriately hungering, as any soul would!
I saw PS by himself once on tour for his album "Surprise," and with Garfunkel on the "Old Friends" tour, both in Minnesota. And what a sigh of relief it was to have seen him before, as you said, he gets too old!!! He is still and always my favorite of all time!
Incidentally Sam and I just went to see James Taylor at Red Rocks Amphitheater courtesy of Sam's mom who randomly bought us tickets for no reason. That was also freakin' awesome! Although that was NOT a bucket list concert, I just continually kept thinking, Man, that guy can SING! (I wish I could extra-capitalize that for emphasis!) I was so impressed that his voice is still so completely clear and full and powerful ... Pretty dang sweet. Of course the venue is so great, it could be a high school tuba club concert and it would probably still blow my mind. Maybe that's a bad example, since I DO like tubas ...
