Yay, music! I got the music major prejudice, too, and I was a music minor... now I'm trying to find a way to squeeze enough out of the budget for a harp and lessons... because for me, Harp! My soul is telling me it needs one now, even if I'm not sure how to keep it from being destroyed by the toddler.
One of my favorite things about the Music Together classes that i'm doing with her now is that they emphasize that it's about having music be a part of daily life for everyone, not about being concert-ready.
