The Year in Review

So the volunteer here just gave me a tin of Christmas cookies, so I need something to occupy my fingers so I don't spend all afternoon eating. I could write intelligent things, but you can't concentrate on writing intelligent things when you're working, so instead I will fill in a Year-End Review Survey.
