10-pound tube of meat

I just bought a 10-pound tube of ground beef at the store. It was on special. I've never seen that before. They're probably trying to push off mad cow on us or something. But I have a freezer, so convenience wins out over the possibility of deadly disease, so go 10 pound tube of beef!
