(the exeption that I found was cinnamon toast crunch cereal) - oddly, it tasted pretty good coming up.

I definitely haven't LOST my appetite at all yet, even though I am getting the feeling this is going to turn out to be the real thing, so I will definitely keep up the small meals until I can't anymore! I just had some yogurt-- that seemed fairly safe. It was fat-free yogurt at that.
