I'm so sorry to hear about the work stuff. I can see how the library was your safe place and I can see how that can change now if you have to be walking on eggshells. I hope you'll be able to get some, if not all, of that back.

So many people are resistant to getting a diagnosis (mental health and physical health) because they don't want to be labelled, but I have both seen and experienced the relief of getting a diagnosis that FINALLY explains why someone is the way they are, and most importantly, that it's not their/my/your fault. And once you know, you can figure out how to work with it instead of always just fighting the unknown.
