I still haven't responded to your post, I realize! I noticed because of what you said about Greenwitch being creepiest, because I was in the middle of reading Greenwitch when 9/11 happened, which was just a weird creepy thing-- somehow the book was scarier and strangely more real. Yeah, I didn't get around to reading Cooper until I was in grad school. But it was worth the wait!
