The doctor says he appears to be working on his top front teeth now (did I mention he got his two bottom ones in the past week or so?), but this is more clearly an angry How-dare-you-put-me-down-I-don't-want-to-go-to-bed cry. Doctor says it's part of separation anxiety and is very common at this age!
